How to delete incident data automatically

This article is for Speeki Platform administrators who require automatic deletion of incidents that have been closed for a certain number of days.

1.    Log in to your Speeki Platform and navigate to Incidents ->Configuration -> Other incident options

2.    Click the toggle button next to "Delete Incident Data". The default value for the number of days is 365 and the maximum value is 2555; you can adjust this according to your preference. Toggle on the data you wish to be automatically deleted and toggle off the data you want to retain. Don't forget to click "SAVE" to apply your changes.

3.    A log will be recorded in the History tab when an incident's data is automatically deleted, and the incident status will be updated to “Inactive”.
