What’s Included with One-time Consulting

With one-time consulting, you’ll have a dedicated Consultant who will listen to your goals, and design a plan to get you where you want to be. Whether you need help with the intake process or perhaps the case management system, our Consultants will guide you in achieving your tool- or strategy-based goals. Some sample projects (your consultant will customise your engagement):

Account Review and Reboot

Your Consultant will conduct a high-level review of your account, including typical key areas of the platform, plus any specific areas of interest to your team. Once complete, your consultant will review their findings with you and provide recommendations – a combination of low-hanging fruit and longer-term opportunities.

Typical topics covered include:

  • Offline review of your current account setup
  • Discussion of current compliance priorities
  • Present recommendations for specific follow-up projects/tactics

Intake Consulting

Work with a Consultant to help define your intake of issues through Speeki, and ensure your team takes full advantage of Speeki platform for collecting compliance reporting. We will guide you through process planning, best practices, and team adoption to ensure your intake process matches the employees and reports journey and the way they like to provide feedback and reports.

Case Management

This project is designed for customers who may have struggled with managing the cases that come in, need help with triage or help in conducting investigations. You’ll work together with a Consultant to develop a deep understanding of how to manage your cases.

Typical topics covered include:

  • How your new cases are managed
  • What is the triage process and how is this managed
  • What investigation or review processes are involved
  • Guidance on improving anonymity and non-retaliation
