The CSO drives Regulatory Compliance & Policy for Sustainability

The CSO working with legal and compliance is the lead on monitoring emerging ESG regulations and ensuring compliance with environmental, social and governance regulation. This may involve managing carbon/emissions regulatory requirements as well as preparing ESG disclosures. Meeting these regulations will require the CSO to develop internal sustainability policies and monitor the policy landscape for risks and opportunities.
