Speeki Pte Ltd is a company registered in Singapore under company number 201929887N with our registered office at 111 Somerset Road, Level 3, TripleOne Somerset, Singapore 238164. In these Website Terms of Use, Speeki, we, us and our means Speeki Pte Ltd and any of our parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees, agents or assigns.

Speeki operates each website (Site) that links to these Website Terms of Use. These Sites provide online access to information about Speeki and the products, services and opportunities we provide.  By accessing and using the Site, you agree to these Website Terms of Use.

If you purchase products or services through the Site, your use of Speeki’s proprietary software and services (Speeki Services) is governed by our Customer Agreement.

Except as expressly and clearly provided in these Website Terms of Use, Speeki and its suppliers do not grant you any express or implied rights under any patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade secret or other intellectual or industrial property right.  All such rights are reserved.
