Our approach
We work with clients to spread their assurance projects across the year.
Rather than conducting a single annual audit, we support their capacity constraints by building audit programmes throughout the year – for example across different regions at different times, or by focusing on different topics in different periods.
Multitasking integrated audits
Because our auditors are senior and highly experienced, we can multitask. When we come on site for a few days, we can often cover multiple audits in a single visit. We maximise our time to maximise yours.
Board-level engagement provided
We engage with the board and audit committee on all our projects to help them understand the approach and results. We make ourselves available for update sessions, project briefings and discussions on outcomes.
Dialogue included
We can’t consult or provide all the solutions, as we are independent auditors, but we make sure you fully understand the issues, improvement areas, non-conformities and observations in your projects.
