Scott leads the firm and is our sole owner. He is a lawyer and technologist by training and has worked in governance, risk, compliance, anti-corruption, AML, human trafficking, social compliance, DEI, ESG reporting, sustainability, carbon management and biodiversity, just to name a few.
With over 25 years of experience across 70 countries, he brings deep expertise to our clients. In addition to his undergraduate and master’s degrees, he has completed executive and certificate programmes at IMD, MIT, INSEAD, Harvard Business School, CCL, Cambridge and Wharton among others.
Pauline Bailley
France
Pauline Bailly is our Head of Certification and has extensive experience in anti-corruption certification and compliance. Based in Paris, she leads our certification work and manages client projects across Europe and beyond.
Jenna Kim
South Korea
Jenna, based in Hong Kong and South Korea, has worked in compliance, governance and ESG for over 15 years. Coming into the field from a marketing background, Jenna is an auditor in our assurance business and manages projects across Asia Pacific.
Lindy Palmberg
United States
Lindy supports Speeki’s clients worldwide in using the Engage® platform effectively across their non-financial programmes. She works closely with our teams to ensure the platform aligns with assurance needs and supports clients preparing for audits. Active in governance circles, Lindy has an established name in the industry and has been part of the CEO’s team for over a decade.
