Scott Lane

Scott is the Founder and CEO of Speeki and its Principal Auditor, with over 25 years of experience across governance, compliance and ESG risk. He has founded and scaled global businesses in this space, helping organisations manage risk and build trust with stakeholders.
Drawing on decades of experience, Scott is directly involved in delivering assurance and ISO certification engagements at Speeki. He is a lawyer and technologist by training and has also completed senior executive programmes at leading international institutions.
Pauline Bailley
France
Pauline is Head of Certification and Assurance at Speeki. Based in Paris, she leads all certification and assurance activities, overseeing project delivery, audit resources and accreditation requirements across Europe and beyond.
A Senior Lead Auditor, she specialises in anti-bribery, governance and compliance ISO management systems, and regularly delivers ISO auditing training globally. She has worked across multiple industries including energy, water, oil and gas, telecommunications and engineering.
Jenna Kim
South Korea
Jenna is a Senior Lead Auditor with extensive experience in audits and investigations across governance, compliance and sustainability programmes, supported by recognised audit certifications and sustainability credentials.
Alongside her audit work, Jenna is also Product Director at Speeki, contributing to the development of the company’s technology solutions supplementing our audit and assurance engagements. Her role combines audit expertise with hands-on experience in the development of practical tools and solutions.
Lindy Palmberg
United States
Lindy supports Speeki’s clients worldwide in using the Engage® platform effectively across their non-financial programmes. She works closely with our teams to ensure the platform aligns with assurance needs and supports clients preparing for audits. Active in governance circles, Lindy has an established name in the industry and has been part of the CEO’s team for over a decade.
Andrew Henderson
United Kingdom
Andrew is a Senior Lead Auditor at Speeki with extensive experience in due diligence, third-party risk and technology-enabled compliance, developed through senior roles in global risk firms.
At Speeki, Andrew supports assurance and ISO certification engagements, drawing on multiple recognised ISO Lead Auditor certifications. Alongside his audit role, he also works as a Senior Advisor, contributing to technology development work within the company. He holds degrees in law and computer science.
