    Do you have industry guidelines you need to comply with? Send them to us and we can build them into the Engage® platform for you and other companies. You can then use the platform to document compliance and make audits and assurance easy.

  • Document your internal audits

    Use the Engage® platform to conduct your own internal audits. Grant your internal audit team access to your programmes so they can audit your system directly in the platform. They can leave notes, set improvement tasks and use the platform’s tools to conduct the audits.

  • Exchange files securely

    No need to send files by email to your auditors. Your internal or external auditors can access all your files on the platform and engage with you directly in Engage®. Reduce the risk of sending confidential files across audit firms and the potential loss of data. All your data stays in Engage® and your auditors upload their files there as well.

    Engage® is an assurance platform for ESG and sustainability. You build your programmes in each area – for example your health and safety programme, anti-corruption programme, governance system or environmental system – inside the Engage® platform. Multiple assurance firms can access your platform with segregated duties and access rights.

  • No assurance? No problem.

    If you are not ready for assurance of your ESG and sustainability, that’s okay. You can still use the Engage® platform to build and manage your systems, including anti-corruption, whistleblower, environmental, health and safety, carbon management, biodiversity and more. You can use the audit and assurance functionality later if you choose to.

  • Track non-conformities and follow-up

    Using Engage® gives you the ability to record tasks and track follow-up from internal or external audits. Setting tags and recording follow-ups is key to tracking changes, so you never lose sight of next steps or outstanding items.

Want to have your sustainability reporting ready for assurance? Using Engage®, your sustainability information can be uploaded directly into the platform. Our AI agent, Nicole®, will sort through the material and start mapping data to the requirements of the relevant standards. Using Nicole® as part of the Engage® platform speeds up the assurance of your report. Our auditors use the technology to make the process easier.

  • Nicole® AI saves us time by mapping the basic material from your sustainability report into Engage®, which already has these standards embedded in the platform.

  • Nicole® can identify how your data maps to standards and generate an initial completion dashboard. This gives you valuable insight and helps us focus our audit attention.

  • While it is not mandatory to use Engage® and Nicole® when we audit your sustainability report against standards such as CSRD, SASB or GRI, using the technology makes the process easier and faster. It saves you audit time when we can leverage the technology as part of the project.

Frequently asked questions about the

Engage® platform

  • Yes. Absolutely. The Engage® platform is separate from our assurance engagements. There is no requirement to select Speeki as your assurance provider.

  • No. Engage® is a separate offering from Speeki and is not tied to our assurance work. There is no pricing benefit if you are an assurance client, as we must always remain independent and cannot give advantages to one client over another.

  • Engage® is designed to build your programmes and management systems according to standards – especially ISO standards, but technically any standard or guideline. The system then supports internal and external auditors in reviewing and managing those programmes.

  • Speeki will do this for you. But yes, they can be built in the system (subject to any applicable fees).

  • Kind of. We’ll let you be the judge, but our focus is on ESG and sustainability topics, especially those that are subject to audit and assurance.

  • Engage® is a SaaS system billed annually on a three-year term. The platform is hosted in Europe on AWS.
