This 3 day course gives participants a thorough understanding of every clause of ISO 37001:2025 and the internal audit skills to evaluate conformity in practice. The first two days cover the standard's requirements in depth: leadership commitment, bribery risk assessment, due diligence obligations, financial and non-financial controls, personnel screening requirements under Clause 7.2.2.2, training and communication, and management review. Day three applies this knowledge to internal auditing — covering audit planning, evidence gathering, interviewing techniques, nonconformity classification, and audit reporting.

Participants complete a simulated internal audit exercise using realistic scenarios.
