This course covers the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (UNGPs), the EU Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD), the French Duty of Vigilance Law, German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG), and other mandatory HRDD frameworks. Content covers salient issues identification, human rights risk assessment, stakeholder and rightsholders engagement, grievance mechanism design, remediation, and reporting against ESRS S2 (Workers in the Value Chain) and S3 (Affected Communities).
