ISO 9001 is the world's most widely adopted management system standard. This course covers every clause of the standard and develops participants' ability to audit against it. The requirements component addresses the process approach, risk-based thinking, customer focus, planning and control, product and service conformity, nonconformity and corrective action, and continual improvement. The internal auditor component covers process-based audit planning, evidence gathering through interview and document review, writing nonconformities against ISO 9001 clauses, and producing practical audit reports. Participants conduct a simulated process audit as part of the programme.
