Using the app anonymously enables users to protect their personal identification and maintain their anonymity while creating a report
When you submit a case your responses are sent to a Case Manager for review. Your Case Manager can chat with you via the App anonymously.
Your email address and User ID is not shared. (We recommend not using an email address that could reflect anything about your identity)
If you would like to share your information you can do so via the App.
Your email address is used for log in to your profile and password recovery only.
The company's access code is unique for each company and will have been announced by your company.
