App permissions

What permissions do I need to set when downloading the App?

Please select the following permissions when downloading the App to ensure proper tool functioning.

• Allow the App to send push notifications. This will allow for case updates and private messages for the login profile.
• Allow the App to use your camera. You will then be able to attach photos.
• Allow the App to access to your media and files. You will then be able to upload media or files.
