When subsidiary sites have been completely configured, each subsidiary site will have different cases depending on the business unit rules you have set for each site.
Viewing cases on a site requires site permission.
To view the cases for a particular subsidiary site:
- go to Case Manager (https://app.speeki.com) and login as admin
- click the
- dropdown in the upper right corner to see all subsidiary sites you have access to, and click on the site for which you want to view the cases.
