  • Employees will now have a new way to get started. The new way of getting started encourage 'new' user to start using Speeki APP quickly.

  • Multi-factor authentication (MFA) has now been added to the Speeki Platform which provides an additional security layer and decreases the chance of client accounts becoming compromised.
  • Speeki Portal URL has now been renamed to https://portal.speeki.com.
  • 'Location where incident occurred' field within the Case Information section is now always available in the Case Manager.

Bug fixes

  • Removed the pop-up message "You need to be logged in to perform this action" when accessing the Messaging Settings.
  • Fixed dropdown menu deselection issue.

Mobile App

  • Fixed Reset email link where user was redirected to the Web Portal instead of mobile app.
  • Fixed translated text that was being cut off prematurely.

Release 2.7.1

Web portal

  • The Case Manager's name will now be hidden from the reporter within the anonymous chat function within the Web portal. If the Case Manager or the reporter would like to identify themselves, they may simply chat their contact details.
