Client administrators and reporters can determine the status of a chat message – whether it has been sent, read or seen – by observing the ticks (or checkmarks) next to the message. A single green tick indicates that the message has been sent. If the message has been sent and seen by the recipient, two green ticks will appear. If the message was not delivered, a ‘Not delivered’ warning will be displayed. This feature is available in the Speeki App and Web Portal.
