Retrieve my case

How do I view my Case once I submit my report?

  • Under 'What can we do for you?', click 'MAKE A REPORT ABOUT MISCONDUCT'.

  • Click SEE MY CASES.

  • If you have any unread messages, you will see a green circle on the envelope icon. This is for Registered users only.

  • For Guest users, enter your report ID and PIN to check report details.
Speeki App Check case status page
  • Click on the Report ID number (for Registered users). You can View Report or select View Messages to begin an anonymous chat with case managers.
