What is ISO 37301 and why is it important?
ISO 37301:2021 is the international standard for compliance management systems, published in April 2021, replacing ISO 19600 and specifying requirements for establishing, developing, implementing, maintaining, and improving a compliance management system. Unlike its predecessor, ISO 37301 is a certifiable standard where organisations can have their compliance management system independently verified by an accredited third-party certification body (including Speeki).
