Speeki's Use of Sub-Processors

Speeki engages the following sub-processors to deliver hosting, infrastructure, AI, translation, and communication services that support our platform operations.

  1. Amazon Web Services (AWS) — Cloud hosting, infrastructure, and data storage. Hosted in EU (Germany).

  2. Amazon Bedrock — AI services, including NicoleGPT for sustainability programme guidance. Hosted in EU (Germany).

  3. IBM Cloud (Watson) — Question-answering chatbot functionality. Hosted in EU (Germany).

  4. Google Cloud — Machine translation (Google Translate), in-app chat, and push notifications (Firebase). Hosted in EU.

  5. Twilio Cloud — Speeki eLine for incoming call handling, Speech-to-Text, and Text-to-Speech (AWS Polly). Hosted in US.

  6. Redis — Translation processing and caching. Hosted in EU.

  7. MongoDB — Analytics data processing and vector database for AI services. Hosted in EU.

  8. Sentry — Application performance monitoring and error tracking. Hosted in EU.

  9. Intercom — In-app customer support for Speeki Carbon Lens®. Hosted in EU.

  10. PostHog — In-app analytics for Speeki Carbon Lens®. Hosted in EU.

  11. Microsoft 365 — Client contract storage and communications (email, SharePoint). Hosted in Asia Pac.

  12. DocuSign — Electronic siganture processing for client contracts containing PII. Hosted in US.
